Power Automate actions for Word to PDF conversion

Let’s see how we have set things up in each action.

In the trigger, you only need to specify the folder which you can do by clicking on the folder icon on the right end of the folder field.

In the Convert File action, select the Identifier value of the newly created file in OneDrive (get this from the Dynamic Content menu) and specify the target file type.

Now, we will use the Create File action to save this converted file into our OneDrive before sharing it via email. All we need to do here is specify the Folder, File Name, and File Content. You will be able to find all of this as Dynamic Content from the previous step.

In the last action, you can add an email address, Path of the file to email body, and also include the converted file as an attachment to the email. You can also configure the Importance of the email in this action.

Upon a successful run of the flow, you should be able to be able to receive an email with the converted file attached.
